What Working With Us Looks Like

  • 01 / Reach out

    Head to our Connect page and schedule a call. We’ll get to know you, walk through pricing, and make sure we’re the right fit for your day.

  • 02 / Make it official

    Lock in your date with a reservation fee and signed contract. The fee goes toward your total, and you don’t need every detail figured out yet. If you know you want us, that’s enough.

  • 03 / Meet your Photographer

    Within a week, you’ll connect with your assigned photographer and get your engagement session on the calendar. Meghan will still be your go-to for coordinating and keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

  • 04 / Plan Your Day

    About 2–6 months out, we’ll meet virtually to build your timeline and photo plan. This is where everything gets intentional so your day flows smoothly and nothing important gets missed.

  • 05 / Relive it all

    After the wedding, we’ll hop on a call to deliver your photos and walk through your album design together. You’ll see your day for the first time, and we’ll help you make the big decisions so everything else feels easy from there.

Collections

We offer four customizable collections ranging
from 6–10 hours of coverage.

They are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you want every moment documented with intention or prefer us to blend into the background and capture it as it naturally unfolds, we flex to fit your vision and how you want your day to feel.

Every collection includes an album because
no one is going to ask you to pull out a hard drive or scroll your phone years from now.

Having printed photos and digital files gives you a backup of your memories, so if anything happens to one, you still have the other.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, we do travel within and outside of Ohio. If your wedding or engagement session is more than 30 miles outside of our zip code, there will be travel fees, so let us know if you’d like to chat in detail about this.

  • Having a non-shooting assistant lets your photographers stay fully focused on capturing your day, while the assistant keeps everything on track, double checks the shot list, and handles any issues that pop up so you don’t have to.

  • This depends largely on how many hours we’re at your wedding day and what season. On average we return 900-1700 images. Our couples usually end up downloading or printing 400 of those.

  • The one detail that often gets overlooked is sales tax on albums. Since your album is finalized after the wedding, that exact amount isn’t determined until then, so just keep that in mind as you plan.

  • We help you figure this out on our call! If you know what time the ceremony and dinner is and if you’re interested in a first look, we can give you an idea of hours.

  • If you photographer cannot make your day, we always have another associate on standby. If our team is booked for a wedding on a date, we don’t book any other couples on that date just incase.
